Kelly's Handbook to the Tilled. Landed, and Official Classes for

1919 (Kelly's Directories, 20s. net) deserves a word of cordial praise. The alphabetical arrangement is very convenient, and the entries seem to have been revised with great care. The new peerages of Lord Ernie, Lord Inverforth, and Lord Birkenhead are recorded, so that the book is very needy abreast of the times.
