TWO EPIGRAMS.

SIR,—Did you ever see Cowper': epitaph on, Lord Holland ?— Whoever this casket unlocks, Of its tenant may truthfully sap He doubled with Reynard the Fox, And gabbled with Gaffer the Grey.

Or his lines to Lady Holland in allusion to Moore's verses?—

Lady ! accept the gift a hero wore, Treat, as deserves, this philanthrophic staff, Nor let some verses written by a bore Prevent your Ladyship from taking snuff.
