In the House of Lords a short but interesting debate

took place on the Horder Report. Lords Addison and Samuel and the Bishop of Winchester expressed a general uneasiness on the whole question of health in shelters. The Duke of Devon- shire replied from a brief, which did not satisfy their Lordships. The unusual event of a division on the motion took place.
