No. 528: Parody

COMPETITION

The great Pope v Pill contest continues to smoulder fitfully: against this Vesuvian back- drop competitors are invited to compose a papal encyclical on tax evasion, parking meters, the use of chemical hair-removers or any other suitably unlikely matter of religious controversy, observing of course the usual manner and method of such documents. Entries should not exceed 150 words, should be written in English and must be in, marked 'Competition No. 528,' by 2 December.
