BIRTHS.

On the 8th inst., at Stevenson, near Haddington, the Lady of Sir Some GORDON SINCLAIR, of a daughter.

In Dublin, the Lady of the O'Conon Dme, M.P., of a daughter.

The Lady of J. LOUIS MIEVILLE, Esq., of York Gate, Regent's Park, of a daughter. The Lady of HENRY TREDCROFT, Esq., of a son. At Mershain Hatch, the Lady of Sir E. KNATCII8IILL, Bart., of a son. At Taghmon, county Wexford, the wife of Mr. N. WHITE, innkeeper, of two sons and a daughter. The children are all alive, and are, together with the mother, doing well.

On the 13th ult., at Rome, a ILRERT LAING MEASON, Esq., of Lindertis. Onthe 12th inst., at Brighton, in his 44th year, Lieutenant-Colonel M. E. Waun, of Bangor Castle. Ireland, and his Britannic Majesty's Minister Plenipotentiary at the Court of Saxony. On the Ilth inst., at Dublin, in his 81st year, the Rev. WILLIASI WooLsev, of Priorland, county of Loath, Ireland, Rector of Kilsaron.

At Bath, in his 84th year, C. ROBERTS. Esq., late of his Majesty's Receipt of Exchequer.

At Wrinsted Court, Kent, W. COOKE, Esq., one of his Majesty's Counsel. On the 6th inst., at Lausanne, en Suisse, of rapid decline, after having btiven birth to a daughter on the 6th July last, LOUISE, Lady IIESKETH, the wife of Sir Thomas Dal- rymple Hesketh, of Rufford Hall, in the county of Lancaster. Baronet. On the 11th inst., at Otterington Hall, near Northallerton, CHARLOTTE, the wife of Captain Buss, R.N., of apoplexy, in her 56th year.

On the 12th inst., at her house, Belgrave Street, Belgra.ve Square, the Lady of the late B. WEsr, Esq., President of the Royal Academy. This venerable lady died of the prevailing epidemic after a few hours' attack.

On the 18th inst., at his seat, Westbreok Hay, Harts, the Right Honourable RICHARD RYDER, in his 67th year. On the 16th inst., at the Vicarage, Llangollen, where he was on a visit to his niece, Mrs. Eyton, Field-Marshal Sir ALUEED CLARKE, G.C.B., in his 87th year. On the 16th inst., in his 89th year, the Reverend JOSEPH SHINGLEWOOD, of Chignal St. James, Essex, upwards of fifty years Rector of the consolidated Rectories of Chignal St. James and Chigual St. Mary with Marslibutn. On the 1Gth inst., at the Manor-house, Stokesley, the Reverend HENRY IIILDvadam, in his 50th year. On the 16th inst, at Brighton, in his 77th year, Mr. R. PATCHING, of the Society of Friends. His widow, JANE, did not long survive him ; she expired ou the 17th, iu her 83d year. At Ipswich, in her 821 year, Mrs. PRISCILLA 'WAKEFIELD, grand-daughter of Robert Barclay, who wrote the " Apology for the Quakers." On the 17th inst., at Leamington, Warwickshire, Lady GEORGIANA BUCKLEY, in her 66th year.
