[To the Editor of the SPECTATOR] SIR,—Would someone tell me

who it is that asks for " reserva- tion" in the Church of England ? Is it the clergy, or the sick ? That is to say,, if those who voted for reservation happened to be sick would they ask for elements consecrated in the Church in preference to elements consecrated in the sick room, or would they accept the former when they would reject the latter ?—I am, Sir, &c., C.
