BUTCHER MEAT.

We have a good supply of Roulet market to-day, but. OA the demand is brisk, there is but little doubt of all being sold, though not quite on such high terms on Monday last, the very best descrip- tions not realizing this morning more than 4s. 6d., while Monday's price was 43. 8d.—There is no variation in the value or Mutton or Lomb from that day, with a ready sale for both,.—Veal also maintains a good price, 5s. being still given for the prune quelities.
