The Kaiser's Heir. (Mills and Boon. 6s.)—The parade of anonymity

with which this book is sent out seems intended to suggest that the author's name would carry conviction if it were revealed. We -very mach doubt it. The allusions to " divine Cecilia" are not in the taste which we should expect from an intimate friend of the Crown Prince.
