President Wilson has announced his intention of coming to -

Europe early -in December, after the opening of Congress, in order that he may take part in the discussion on the settlement of the main features of the Peace Treaty. It will be the first time that any American President, during his term of office, has left America, though the Constitution does not forbid him to do so. President Wilson will receive the heartiest welcome from the Allied peoples, whose gratitude to him and. to America is profound. His visit will simplify and expedite the task of the Allied Governments in drawing up the terms of peace which will be imposed upon Germany and her accomplices.
