Two Suns IN THE EAST !—The City people are to

have two Lord Mayor's dinners this year. The feast on the 9th of November, will not suffice for above seven hundred guests ; among whom there will be a much larger portion of the West end than on ordinary occasions, and, by consequence, a much smaller portion of the East end. It was at first proposed to have galleries round the Guildhall, by which a sight of the dinner would have been obtained by those whose rank excluded them from the companionship of Royalty ; but this has been rejected, both on account of the expense and the unsubstantial nature of the substitute. A second dinner will therefore be set apart for the delectation of the a - entees from the first.
