grammes from the Continent before the war. A prize of LS is offered for an adver- tisement song (not more than sixteen lines) for commercial TV on behalf of a firm of atomic fuel producers, space-tour agents, literary competition promoters, fashion specialists, holiday camp organisers, or marriage brokers.

Entries, addressed 'Spectator Competition No. 293,' 99 Gower Street, London, WCI, must be received by October 4. Results in the Spectator of October 14.
