According to the Courier of this evening, it is reported

in the City, that the shareholders of the British Iron Company, of which Mr. Lae- pent, the candidate for Nottingham, is chairman, are about to stare Major Richardson as a candidate in the Liberal interest The Coarier says that the expensive litigation which the Directors of the Company carried on with Mr. Attwood has made the shareholders dissatisfied;. and so they spoil Mr. Larpent's game at Nottingham.
