The Reformers are determined to fight in South Devon. The

great meeting at Totnes has been followed up by a general convocation of the leaders of each district, who will meet at Totnes on the 9th of January. A great dinner will also be held at Newton. On the other side, the Tories are equally alive; but they feel that they cannot in- duce the people to make any continuous efforts for Mr. Parker; who, although a well-intentioned man, of excellent private character, has no one quality for a county Representative..—Courier.
