Sir: The only thing about which Auberon Waugh ('Another voice', 22 October) agrees with Peter Wright is that Roger Hollis retired to a 'cottage' in Somerset. Alas, alack-a-day, they are both wrong. He retired to a handsome late-Georgian Bath- stone house in the middle of Wells. I know — I live in it.
