stated in the Gazette of Feb. 2, 1855, has been cancelled. The removal of Ensign Mitford from the 73d to time 20th Begs. as stated in the Gazette of 2d Feb. 1835, has been cancelled. The appointment of Sergeant-Major J. Lee, to an Ensigncy in he 17th Foot, on the 24th Jan. 18.55, has been cancelled. The promotion of Ensign Turner, of the 50th Foot, to a Lieutenancy in that Regt. dated 9th Feb. 1855, has been cancelled. The appointment of Major W. E. Evans and Capt. W.
