The press of interesting domestic matter renders it impossible for

us to insert a letter received from 0. P. Q. on the subject of the American Indemnity. Our correspondent demonstrates the iiijitstice and impolicy of the Opposition in the Chambers refusing . to grant the money, which they know to be due to America, merely to obtain a temporary triumph over the Docte- naires. At the same time, he reproves General JACKSON for the menacing tone he has adopted towards the descendants of his country's best friends in the Revolutionary struggle with England. The object of the whole is to induce both nations to act with justice, and adopt is conciliatory policy.
