The Privy Council have decided in favour of the Bishop

of Natal's right to have access to the cathedral and trust property in Natal, though they modify to some extent, on technical and legal grounds, the form of the decree given by the Supreme Court of Natal. The Judicial Committee of the Privy Council, with their usual caution, decide as little as possible, and we consequently do not gather from the decision that the question as to the complete validity of the Capetown and Natal patents is materially advanced.
