CURRENT YEAR'S OUTLOOK I anticipate that the increase in our

net profits before tax for the year 1964 will exceed the total net profits of our nearest competitor for the same year. In other words our profit increase in 1964 should exceed the total profits of our nearest com- petitor.

In conclusion I am pleased to say that the takings and bookings this year under all headings show a substantial increase over those of 1963. At the last Annual General Meeting I forecast that the increase in the net profit before tax for 1963 would not be less than £350,000 over 1962. The actual increase is about £620,000.

Having regard to the takings and booking which we have received to date, and in the absence of any unforeseen circumstances I anticipate that the net profit before tax for the year 1964 should show a further increase of not less than £800,000 over that of 1963.

The report . and accounts were unanimously adopted.
