POSTSCRIPT.

The Paris Papers of Wednesday contain a report of a debate of a very lively and rather tumultuous character, in which M. PEatut lashed the opponents of his Ministry, as men who on all occasions leagued themselves with the populace to attack the Government. It was stated in the course of the debate, and apparently: proved, that the disturbances at Grenoble did not originate in political feelings, but were called forth by the zeal of the local authorities in the commence- ment, and their imbecility in the progress of the riot.
