Although the author of these, stories of wild life is a hunter, they are written, at least partially, from the wild creature's point of view, and will therefore do good and not harm to boys' imaginations. They are full of thrilling accounts of the Canadian forest and its furry inhabitants by one who (though paradoxically) loves them.
