Quaker relief work in France in war-time dates back to the Franco- Prussian War ; it was actively carried on in the last war, and nothing could be more fitting than that representatives of the Friends' Relief Service should be at this moment in Paris making arrange- ments for reinforcement by British Friends of the French Secours Quaker, which throughout the war has been at work in the South of France, concerning itself mainly, but by no means exclusively, with child-feeding. Clothing and food have already been Sent from
