Mr. BEAUMONT is at some pains to persuade Mr. O'CONNELL that he is mistaken in supposing the result of the Newcastle election to be any evidence of English hostility to Ireland. Mr. O'CONNELL, in reply, professes his willingness to believe this. Mr. BEAUMONT had given him strong reasons.
