The uncertainties of the present situation make it possible that at any moment The Spectator may have to be produced under emergency conditions which would involve some temporary changes in its size and make-up. We believe we can count on the indulgence of readers if indulgence should be needed, though the provisional arrangements that have been made should obviate any wide departure from the normal, in either form or contents.
