in South Africa. Col. Cresswell, for long the leader of the Labour Party and now Minister of Defence, has come to loggerheads with the National Labour Council, which he denounced as unrepresentative, and a war of words has followed: The Labour Members are taking sides vigorously but apparently the party will not split on any question 'of policy, and whether Col.
