On the 16th, at Plympton St. Mary, Devonshire, the Rev. W. C. Rallies Flint, son of 'the late Captain Flint, R.N., to Jane Itosdew, eldest daughter of Lieutenant-Colonel R. L. Mudge, R.E., of Beechwood, Devonshire.

On the 23d, at Sandy Church, Beds, the Rev. Samuel Waldegrave, Fellow of All 'Souls College, Oxford, second son of the Hon. Captain W1IDnm Waldcgrave, to -Jane Anne, eldest daughter of Mr. and Lady Jane Pym.
