Belonging to a series called "The Stott Library" are two

very elegant little volumes, truly fitted to the capacity of the shallowest pocket, well printed and on good paper, Essays of Ella (D. Stott). The two must weigh together some- thing less than three-quarters of a pound. These are days when much is achieved by typography, binding, and the other arts which are the handmaids of letters ; but "The Stott Library" will hold its own.
