The result of the by-election in the Flint Boroughs is

decidedly satisfactory. The Liberal majority, which has varied between 347 and 09 at the last four elections, was reduced to 211, the figures being Mr. T. H. Parry (L.) 2,152, Mr. J. H. Roberts (U.) 1,941. W hen it is borne in mind that Welsh Disestablishment was one of the leading issues of the contest, the increase of 352 in the Unionist vote since 1910 is most encouraging.
