The Tory magnates are exceedingly displeased at the subdued and

cautious tone of Sir ROBERT PEEL'S speech on Tuesday. They say openly, that be is preparing to desert, on the first opportunity, to the Radicals ; though he may form a junction with STANLEY and GRAHAM, by way of a stepping-stone, in his transit. The question with the Tories is,whether he shall be held fast for the present, or be suffered to decamp. We hope that he will not be shaken off; and warn the Liberals against fellowship with so slippery a person.
