The Times yesterday affirmed that Mr. NORTON brought his action

against Lord MELBOURNE by the advice of Sir WILLIAM FOLLETT. This also was false : a letter in to-day's Times from Messrs. CURRIE and WOODGATE, the attornies in the cause, contradicts the story flatly and circumstantially. What, indeed, would become of Sir WILLIAM FOLLETT'S reputation as a lawyer, if he had advised the action?
