A cnacumsn has been addressed to the wholesale houses of London, bear- ing the signatures of nearly the whole of the ribbon manufacturers of Coventry, in which they state that they have come to the determination of not paying the carriage of goods to London, as has hitherto been the custom ; the rule to take effect after the 1st of July next.
