Sin,—" F. P. C." has greatly improved upon the original story of the "beastly cow." It was a member of the Committee of the "Waifs and Strays," and not a Bishop, who went to visit one of the homes of the Society in the country; and it was in a private talk with one of the London boys that the complaint as to the source from which the milk was derived was made.—I am,
