with the organ of human reproduction should not concern anyone else, least of all communities who see themselves under divine regulation in this matter: presumably random buggery is just another `life-style' choice, like raising a family — equally 'valid' but a lot more fun.

However, what some people actually do to their organs of fecal excretion can be of concern at least to the medical services, which `homophobes' — black or white — are also expected to fund.
