President Bonaparte's tour continues to present the same incidents; but

at the Bonapartist town of Grenoble his reception was really enthu- siastic. From this town he passed on to Valence, whence he departed yesterday for Avignon, by the Rhone. His initial letters were still sur- rounded by an Imperial crown ; and the mob still cried " Vive l'Empe- reur I" and " Vive Napoleon III !"

News received today from Berlin, under date September 22d, informs us that cases of cholera have been at length officially acknowledged in that city, and that three hospitals for the reception of patients are in preparation.

The ifoniteur of yesterday says that the Pope has just convoked the members of the Consults of State for the 20th October.
