" GERMANICUS'S" LETTERS.

WE have received another very interesting letter from "Germanicus," but we feel a difficulty about publishing any • more letters from him unless he will disclose to us his name and address as a guarantee of good faith and a proof that his letters are what they profess to be, the letters of a German resident in England. If his name is given to us it will, of course, be in the strictest confidence, and he may depend upon .us not to make it public in any way.
