SIR, —I do not think this means " The round world must be right" (Spectator, December 19th). If so, it is a vain tale. The "round world" once judged itself circumnavigated de die in diem by the sun. What it means is that from the judgment of orbis terrarum there is no earthly appeal.—I am, Sir, &c.,
