I hope to return to Indian problems in an early

issue of the Spectator. In the meantime it is not without interest to note that the well-informed correspondent of the Times at Delhi writes :—" The general temper of politically-minded India is distinctly hardening in the direction of a demand for an immediate revision of the Constitution. This is by no means confined to the Swarajists, but is common to all parties."
