GREEK LOANS.—In answer to a question by the Marquis of

London- derry, on Thursday, the Earl of Aberdeen stated, that the new loaa which the Government had stipulated to guarantee to the new Greek Government, was intended to be applied to the payment of the troops necessary to be kept in the present state of Greece ; and that no part of it would be applied to liquidate the former loans, of which our Govermnent knew nothing.
