A GOOD REPORT.

The Report of Joseph Lucas, Ltd., for the past year shows a further growth in profits, the total of 1247,799 for the year representing a record in the company's history and comparing with 1220,661 in the previous year. The company carries on the busine,ss of the sale of motor accessories, and the results over some years have been very satisfactory. Once again a dividend (including a bonus of 2s. per share) of 25 per cent. on the Ordinary stares is maintained with a further large allocation to the Reserve, raising that fund to ;475,000. The balance sheet is also a strong one both as regards cash and investments.
