From the Gazette of last night we learn that several

moves have &ken place in the diplomatic circles. Mr. HENRY STEPHEN Fox,

now Ambassador to the Brazilian Emperor, is to go to Washington; Mr. HAMILTON C. J. HAMILTON, now Minister to the Rio de la Plata provinces, succeeds Mr. Fox ; Mr. JOHN HENRY MANDEVILLE, Secretary to the Turkish Embassy, is to take the place of Ma. HAMILTON; and Mr. DAVID URQUHART is IO be Mr. DIRIsiss.vrtLE'S successor.
