Lord John Russell, the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Sir George Grey, and some other of the Cabinet Ministers left town this morning to attend a Privy Council, which will be held by her Majesty at Windsor Castle this afternoon.---Standard.

It is very generally believed about the Houses of Lords and Commons, and at the West-end of the town, that Parliament will meet for the des- patch of business on Wednesday, the 4th of November next, the day to which it now stands prorogued.—Idem.
