The policy years

BACK in London, Sir Sher, as he now styled himself, founded the Dance Centre for Policy Studies, with the intention of combining right-wing Conservative thought with the Negro rhythm-and-blues, but in the end it was the Conservative thought which gained the upper hand. A shame, in many ways, for Sir Sher was always a dab hand at the blues, and not, frankly, much of a thinker.
