that the sovereignty of Greec%! has been definitively settled on Prince LEO- POLD ; and that he is preparing to enter upon his regal duties.

France has nearly completed its long-projected expedition against Algiers. The troops intended for the service are said to anemia to 50,000. The naval force is stated to be eight ships of the line and sixteen frigates.
