WHO PAYS?

Sm,—It is fair that Janus should draw attention to the misleading leaflet issued by the Labour Party on the subject of food prices. It is surely unfair, however, to suggest that Transport House is practising " glaring" and " gross " deception in this matter. The appalling truth is that a great many Socialists actually believe this fallacy—that " the Government's " money can be distinguished from "yours." Their honesty is not in question.
