The Dublin correspondent of the Standard denies the story given

in the. Times of Wednesday, that placards denouncing Mr. Bond Hughes as a spy and perjurer had been posted in Dublin. But we find the same story elsewhere : the editor of the Belfast Northern Whig is in Dublin, and, writing on Saturday, for his paper of Tuesday, he says that Mr. Hughes's manner at the trial commanded respect in court, but that out of doors "he has been stigmatized as a ` perjurer ' by placards and otherwise."
