There is little to be said of the new number

of the Dublin, Review,. except that it is almost all Ireland and Roman Catholicism, and full of St. Martin, St. Patrick, and St. Francis. We could wish, how- ever, that a large section of the Irish people would take to heart the sound sense conveyed in an article on "Ireland, her Friends and Foes." There is some out-of-the-way and interesting information in "Catholicism in Egypt."
