The recipients of official questionnaires often find the questions which

they are required to answer irrelevant or impertinent or difficult to understand. None of these charges can be levelled against the last item on a list of questions sent to gentlemen newly appointed to the Royal Company of Archers, who are now guarding Her Majesty's person at Holy- rood. It reads: " Have you a bow and arrow of your own ? '
