As Mr. Justice Coleridge was proceeding from his residence to

at- tend his judicial duties in the Court of King's Bench on Wednesday morning, his Lordship's horse fell, and the learned Judge was thrown on the ground. The Magistrates of Marylebone Office have issued a public notice cautioning all persons against suffering their dogs to go uumuzzled, several individuals having been bitten severely in the district of Mary. lebone.

John Minter Hart, the swindler, died on his passage to Sydney. A fire broke out about ten o'clock last night, in one of the ware- houses of St. Katherine's Docks; but it was got under by one, and the damage done is not great.
