On the 13th inst. at his Rectory of Kegworth, Leicestershire, the Rev. THOMAS .PARKINSON, Doctor in Divinity, Archdeacon of Leicester, and Chancellor of the Diocese of Chester, in his 86th year.

On the 10th inst. at Northrode Cottage, Cheshire, Mrs. LUCAS WILLIANS, of Alsager, in that county, in her 86th year. On the 19th inst. CLEMENTINA, wife of Vice-Admiral Sir Pulteney Malcolm, K.C.B.
