Sia,—We are anxious that the 2100,000 Appeal for the British Empire Fund towards the restoration of Rheims Cathedral should be completed as quickly as possible. I have offered 2100 if nine others will do the same by December 1st. Three have agreed to help, and I hope the remaining six will not tarry. Many other countries are taking part in the scheme, and the British Empire is sure to do so worthily in the end. But speed would be an added grace.—I am, Six, Ira.,
