The Parliamentary Committee formed in 1916 to advocate Mr. Rothband's

scheme for finding work for ex-Service men has issued a new pamphlet, The Employment of Disabled Sailors and Soldiers, explaining the origin and progress of the scheme, and stating that 20,000 disabled men are still in want of employ- ment. It is the patriotic duty of every one who can find a place for one or more of them to do so. The pamphlet, which may be had from Mr. Wing, M.P., at the House of Commons. deserves attentive reading.
